Yarra Trams have advised that they will be undertaking works to replace the tram tracks on Swanston St in front of the hotel from the evening of Friday 3rd February through until the morning of Monday 6th February 2012.

It is expected that there will be a degree of noise associated with these drilling works, particularly on the night of Friday 3rd February. The works will continue with a lesser degree of noise expected throughout the weekend.
Access to the hotel will be available as normal, for cars via our Little Bourke St entrance and for pedestrians via our Swanston St or Little Bourke St entrances.
